Get ready for a sun-filled day at Active Lives Canada's Get Up and Move Camp as we head to Kelso Beach!

Campers will enjoy the sand, water, and open space while exploring the beach and taking on fun challenges like the onsite water obstacle course. Safety and supervision are a top priority—lifeguards are on duty to ensure everyone stays safe while swimming and playing. Campers will experience water-based fun in small, supported groups, enjoying activities such as wading, splashing, and tackling the obstacle course at their own pace. Staff will be present throughout to provide guidance, encouragement, and support, helping campers feel confident and secure.
