Trip Day: Mansfield Outdoor Centre Adventure

At Active Lives Canada Get Up and Move Camp, we’re heading out for a day of exploration and fresh air at Mansfield Outdoor Centre. This field trip allows campers to connect with nature, try new outdoor activities, and enjoy the open space in a supportive and structured environment.

Participants will explore the grounds in small, supported groups, taking part in guided outdoor experiences such as nature walks, team-building activities, and hands-on exploration. Staff will be present throughout the day to support pacing, transitions, and comfort, ensuring campers feel confident and engaged as they move through each activity.

This outing blends movement, learning, and connection with the natural world. Campers will build confidence, practice cooperation, and enjoy the calm and excitement that comes from spending time outdoors—making it a meaningful and memorable camp experience.
