Carrie Levitt is a commercial real estate lawyer whose practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing. She advises domestic and international clients, including real estate companies, developers, pension funds, investors, landlords, and tenants, and is experienced in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, condominium documents, and complex agreements connected to merger and acquisition transactions in Canada and abroad. Carrie was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2020 after earning her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University.
