We frequently and thoroughly clean and disinfect surfaces throughout all of our medical offices, waiting rooms, procedure rooms and day program areas. Patients, visitors and employees are encouraged to clean their hands often with hand sanitizer provided throughout the facility.

Proof of Vaccines

All persons entering our facility need to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination in order to accompany a patient to clinic appointments.

How We Keep Everyone Safe

To be completed no more than four (4) hours before arrival time to our facility:

Patients who are coming to a clinic appointment, having a procedure or undergoing surgery

Essential Care Partners who meet the criteria to visit.

Vendors, contractors or service providers who are approved to work on-site

Masks and Protective Equipment

Essential care partners, patients attending clinics, physicians and employees are required to wear a mask at all times when in our facility. Patients and essential visitors will be required to wear a medical grade procedure mask. A mask will be provided to you upon entry into our facility.
